10 Ways to Raise Your Vibe

In order to keep a high level of vibrancy there are things you can do or avoid doing to keep your positivity and confidence levels high. When you become more aware of your thoughts and actions you have empowered yourself with the best tool that exists, your true self. This is a magnificent thing because you can work on treating yourself with the best care that you can give you.

As I became more aware of my lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutritional choices it became clear to me how the choices I made surrounding these four areas had a direct impact on my current and future vibration and state of mind. I have put together a list of ways I keep my vibe high and in check. My hope is you will find one or more useful for you. Before you proceed with working on keeping your vibration high it’s important to check in daily with yourself and meditation can help with taking time to be present ever day.

#1 Sleep- Figure out how much your body needs to feel rested. Some people can function perfectly fine on 6 hours of sleep while others may need 9. Use your intuition on this one. If you are having issues sleeping see tips below #2-7.

#2 Drink Green Juice- Fresh pressed, clean, organic juice will fill your body with living nutrients giving you the energy and stamina you need to crush your goals. Incorporate a nutrient dense drink in your daily lifestyle.

#3 Avoid Alcohol- This is one most people don’t like to hear. We love the way we feel in the moment when we are enjoying a good time, feeling the mood but the truth is alcohol is an energy blocker, especially for sensitive people. This is part of the reason you feel junky the next day if you drink too much. Once you become aware of this fact you may cut down once you are conscious of the effects it has on you. Be mindful and planful of the times you decide to consume alcohol and know the effects and be okay with outcome when you consume alcohol.

#4 Avoid Processed Foods- GMOs, fried foods, chemicals and fillers are all literally buzz kills. Especially avoid products with Trans Fats, Hydrogenated Oils, and High Fructose Corn Syrup. If you can’t pronounce the ingredient my rule of thumb is do not consume it and stay away from ingredients with numbers after them.

#5 Avoid TV shows with murder, horror, crimes, etc. These shows are low vibe and do nothing good for your soul. I have watched these shows in the past and because I am extremely empathetic the feelings and thoughts about a situation I saw in a movie may remain in my thought patterns for days. Its best for me to avoid them all together. I enjoy watching funny YouTube videos in this current moment and mix my options up to keep it interesting, mood lifting and educational.

#6 Become a Lifelong Learner- The older you get the wiser you become just like the more educational books you read the smarter you be. Think about it, if you read just 1 book a month for 5 years on a subject you are passionate about in 5 years you would become an expert. Just saying. My life has changed since I started reading books daily. Invest in yourself, take the class, buy the education!

#7 Travel- New experiences broaden your world and appreciation for this beautiful Earth we have been blessed with. Spend time exploring nature and the outdoors, visit somewhere you have never been even if it’s within your state. There is plethora of beauty to see any direction you travel.

#8 Life in a State of Gratitude- In order to receive we need to be grateful and appreciative of what we have. Wake up and say 5 things you are grateful before you get out of bed. Then instead of being upset when you are stuck in traffic be grateful you have a vehicle, can drive yourself to where you need to be and have eyes to see the sea of traffic. It’s all about perspective friends.

#9 Practice Yoga even for 20 minutes a day. When you can be present with yourself in your body daily it keeps you connected to source which keeps your vibration levels high. I do during the weekdays but on the weekends if I skip I can notice a difference in my whole being. Check out Yoga With Adrienne on YouTube I adore her. She makes yoga fun for all ages.

#10 Use Essential Oils- Whether it is the fragrance of a flower, smell of an orange, scent of a pine tree they all have purpose for health and well being and endless applications we can use to treat naturally.

Who doesn’t love feeling good! Can you commit to any of these high vibe activities? My hope is after reading this you have become enlightened to ideas that can help make you feel your best possible self. When you are happy your vibration effects everyone in your World in a positive light.
